Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and detailed at checkout, always shown for customer approval before payment confirmation.
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, import duties and UK VAT are automatically calculated and shown separately at checkout before payment; once your parcel arrives, no additional customs charges will apply.
For all other destinations, any applicable fees are detailed before finalising the purchase.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer is responsible for any taxes and import charges due at destination, including IGIC, IPSI and customs clearance fees (DUA). These amounts are not included in product prices or shipping fees shown during checkout, unless expressly stated otherwise.
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, import duties and UK VAT are charged at checkout. These amounts are remitted to HMRC and are not refundable by Miphai in the event of a return. Customers may claim them back directly from HMRC using official forms BOR286 or C285.

Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day.
