- In-stock dresses will be shipped within approximately 1-4 business days after your purchase. These terms are subject to variation. Each product reports the delivery time according to its availability.
- Custom or custom made dresses will be delivered within 4-15 business days .
Island and international shipments
For international shipments, approximately 2 to 7 business days .
Shipments to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are sent within approximately 2 to 7 business days.
Order modification or cancellation
Yes. You will be able to modify or cancel your order, as long as it is not shipped or ready for shipping and its status allows it. Please contact us for more details.

Yes, we refund the money.
Miphai accepts changes or returns within 14 calendar days for online purchases as long as the garment is in perfect condition. The garments must be returned new, unused and with all the components of their packaging as they were sent.
Shipping costs are not refunded in any case.
The earrings have no exchange or return option.
Term of returns
The term for any return is 14 calendar days from the arrival of the package at the client's house until we receive it at our facilities.
Spain €4 if you leave it at a collection point and €5 if we pick it up at your home.
European Union : €6.95
United Kingdom : £10
United States : $12
Mexico : 250 Mexican pesos
Rest of the world : €10
You will receive the money within 24 hours, once we have received the package by the same payment method you purchased it with.

Our courier will make 2 collection attempts included. From the 3rd attempt, the cost applied by the logistics operator will be deducted.
Remember that you can return your order for FREE at our stores in Madrid and Malaga, as long as it is within the return period. Keep in mind that our store staff do not have information about your order and they will collect it so that our central offices can validate the return.
Bespoke or personalized products
Custom-made dresses, with modifications in the pattern or color changes , cannot be returned.
You have a FREE change and can only be made in Spain (peninsula).
Outside the peninsula you must return the order and make a new one.
Miphai reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established period or that do not meet the conditions of our return policy. In this case, the garments will be sent again to the addressee postage due and no refund will be applicable.
