Delivery times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be prepared the same day; after that time, they will be prepared the following day. You should receive your order within 1 to 2 business days .
Preorder: Dresses marked as preorder are in production and will not ship immediately. The shipping date will be indicated in each case; you can see it above the PREORDER button.
Island and international shipments
For international shipments, an approximate period of 1 to 4 business days .
Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are sent within approximately 2 to 6 business days.
Shipments to the Canary Islands have an approximate period of 2 and 10 business days.
You will be able to modify or cancel your order, as long as it is not in preparation. If you refuse or cancel the package once it is in transit, you will be charged for shipping and returns.

Return policy
Yes, we return the money.
Miphai accepts exchanges or returns within 14 calendar days for online purchases as long as the garment is in perfect condition. The garments must be returned new, unused and with all the components of their packaging as it was sent.
At Miphai we accept returns in our physical stores of Madrid, Sevilla, , Barcelona, Valencia and Málaga. We do not accept returns in our El Corte Inglés' spaces.
Shipping costs are not refunded in any case.
The earrings do not have an exchange or return option.
In the event that the client sends a product after the deadline, we will keep it stored for 15 calendar days; Once that time has passed, the product cannot be recovered.
Follow the return instructions exactly to avoid possible charges: Miphai will not be responsible for customs fees if you do not follow the instructions sent in the emails after the return request.
In the event that the customer refuses delivery of the order, they will be fully responsible for any costs arising from the return of the package, including shipping costs, customs fees, duties, import taxes, or any other applicable charges. These amounts will be deducted from the refund once the product has been received and inspected at our facilities.

The deadline for any return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Spain: €4 if you leave it at a collection point and €5 if we collect it from your home.
European Union : €6.95
Germany, Netherlands and Austria : €8 for the first product and €2 more for each additional product
United Kingdom : £10
United States : $12
Mexico : 250 Mexican pesos
Rest of the world : €10
Return method
You'll receive your money within 1 to 7 business days, once we've received the package using the same payment method you used to purchase it.

Our courier will make 2 collection attempts included. From the 3rd attempt onwards, the cost applied by the logistics operator will be discounted.
You have 2 days from the time you generate the label until you hand it over to the shipping company. Miphai reserves the right to refuse returns that are notified or sent after the specified time.
Remember that you can return your order FREE OF CHARGE in our stores in Madrid, Seville and Valencia, as long as it is within the return period. Please note that our store staff do not have information about your order and will collect it so that our central offices can validate the return.

You have a FREE exchange and they can only be made in Spain (peninsula).
Outside the peninsula you must return the order and place a new one.
