    • In-stock dresses will be shipped within approximately 1-4 business days after your purchase. These terms are subject to variation. Each product reports the delivery time according to its availability.
    • Customized or custom-tailored dresses will be delivered within 4 to 15 business days .

    Gift orders

    When making the purchase, you only have to indicate that you would like the order to be sent as a gift to the recipient, as well as any information that may be of interest, and we will take care of everything.

    Island and international shipments

    For international shipments, approximately 2 to 7 business days.

    Shipments to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are sent within approximately 2 to 7 business days.

  • Customs

    Customs charges will be borne always in charge of the addressee . These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping charges. In case of rejection of the package by the recipient, the amount of return and customs will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed.

    Yes. You can modify or cancel your order, as long as its status allows it. Please contact us for more details.

    Only size or color changes can be made.

    Changes will be made free of charge and can only be made in Spain (peninsula)

    You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a change in size or color.

    If you want to make an exchange for a different garment, you must proceed to return the garment and make a new purchase.

    Yes, we refund the money.

    Miphai accepts changes or returns within the term 14 days natural for online purchases as long as the garment is in perfect condition. The garments must be returned new, unused and with all the components of its packaging as it was sent.

    Shipping costs are not refunded in any case.


    The term for any return is 14 days natural from the arrival of the package at the client's house until we receive it at our facilities.


    You will receive the money within a period 24 hours, once we have received the package.

    Miphai reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established period or that do not meet the conditions of our return policy. In this case, the garments will be sent again to the addressee postage due and no refund will be applicable.

    Custom-made dresses, with modifications in the pattern or color changes, cannot be returned.
