PURCHASES AND RETURNS
- In-stock dresses will be shipped within approximately 1-4 business days after your purchase. These terms are subject to variation. Each product reports the delivery time according to its availability.
- Customized or custom-tailored dresses will be delivered within 4 to 15 business days .
Island and international shipments
For international shipments, approximately 2 to 7 business days.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are sent within approximately 2 to 7 business days.

Yes, we refund the money.
Miphai accepts changes or returns within the term 14 days natural for online purchases as long as the garment is in perfect condition. The garments must be returned new, unused and with all the components of its packaging as it was sent.
Shipping costs are not refunded in any case.
The earrings have no exchange or return option.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A RETURN?
The deadline for any return is 14 days natural from the arrival of the package at the client's house until we receive it at our facilities.

Spain €4 if you leave it at a collection point and €5 if we pick it up at your home.
European Union: €6.95
United States: $12
Mexico: 250 Mexican pesos
Rest of the world: €10
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will receive the money within a period 24 hours, once we have received the package.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes. You will be able to modify or cancel your order, as long as it has not been sent or ready for shipment and its status allows it. Please contact us for more details.
We have the following means of payment: credit card , debit card, Paypal and bank transfer and Klarna pays in 3 installments. If you want to make your purchase by bank transfer , write us an email with your request to email@example.com or contact us at 643358279.
You have a FREE change and can only be made in Spain (peninsula). For outside the peninsula you must return the order and make a new one.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange.
If you want to make an exchange for a different garment, you must proceed to return the garment and make a new purchase.

Miphai reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established period or that do not meet the conditions of our return policy. In this case, the garments will be sent again to the addressee postage due and no refund will be applicable.
Custom-made dresses, with modifications in the pattern or color changes, cannot be returned.
