Product Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the garment must be:

1. In perfect condition, unused, and with original tags.
2. With the security seal intact (if applicable).
3. Health and hygiene exception: Exchanges or returns of earrings are not allowed.

Management of Exchanges

• Instant Exchange: Instant exchange is our way of making your shopping experience as simple and agile as possible. If you need to change your size or color, you don't have to wait to return your order to receive the new one: we process the shipment of the replacement item immediately, without waiting or complications.
• First Size Exchange: Free in Spain and Portugal (Peninsula). Subsequent exchanges or for a different model will incur an associated cost.

• Return to Physical Stores: You can make a free return at our Miphai stores in Madrid (Claudio Coello 88), Barcelona (Valencia 264), Seville (Cuna 16), Valencia (Jorge Juan 32), and Bilbao (Máximo Aguirre 24). Returns are not accepted at El Corte Inglés corners, nor are physical store returns accepted for purchases made at El Corte Inglés.
• Refund: It will be made using the same payment method within 1 to 2 days after validation at the central warehouse. Shipping costs paid for the order will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the consumer chooses to return the goods using their own shipping method, they shall be solely responsible for arranging and contracting the transportation with the carrier of their choice, as well as for all associated shipping costs and management. Miphai is not involved in the contracting, management or tracking of such shipment. Furthermore, Miphai may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods.
  
  Orders paid fully or partially using a gift card will be refunded using the same payment method. In the event of a return, the amount originally paid with a gift card will be refunded to a new Miphai gift card. Any balance paid using a gift card cannot be refunded or transferred to other payment methods. If the order was paid using multiple payment methods, the refund will be issued in the same proportion used for the purchase (for example, part to the gift card and part to the additional payment method used). 
  
  If the customer sends a product outside the allowed timeframe, we will keep it stored for 15 calendar days; once this time has elapsed, the product cannot be recovered. 
  
  

  Follow the return instructions precisely to avoid potential charges: Miphai will not be held responsible for customs expenses if the indications sent in the emails following the return request are not followed.

  If the customer refuses delivery of the order, they will assume full responsibility for any expenses arising from the return of the package, including shipping costs, customs fees, tariffs, import taxes, or other applicable charges. These amounts will be deducted from the refund once the product is received and verified at our facilities.

  For international shipments or shipments to territories with special tax or customs regimes (such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla), the duties, taxes, customs management fees, or import charges included in the order price correspond exclusively to the destination clearance process and are non-refundable in the event of a return, as these are charges settled directly with the relevant customs or tax authorities.

  For shipments to the United Kingdom, import duties and UK VAT are calculated automatically and displayed itemized on the payment page before confirming the purchase. These amounts are paid by the customer along with the order. Shipments to the United Kingdom are carried out under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms; therefore, once the package is received, there will be no additional charges for these items from customs.

  In the event of a return for an order shipped to the United Kingdom, the import duties and UK VAT paid at the time of purchase corresponding to the original import clearance will not be refunded by Miphai. The refund will only include the amount corresponding to the returned products in accordance with these Terms, excluding the import duties and UK VAT paid during purchase.

  These amounts are paid directly to the UK tax authorities (HMRC) and are non-refundable by Miphai in the event of a return. The customer may request their recovery directly from HMRC using the official forms BOR286 or C285.

  For orders shipped outside the European Union, we recommend carefully reviewing the size guide before making a purchase. Due to the logistics and customs costs associated with international shipments, once a size or model exchange has been processed, no subsequent returns of the substituted product will be accepted.
