SHIPPING: Orders placed before 12:00 UTC +1 (Spain) will be prepared the same day; orders placed after that time will be prepared the following day. You will receive it within 1 or 2 business days.

PRE-ORDER: Dresses marked as pre-order are in production and will not be shipped immediately; the shipping date will be provided in each case, which you can see below the RESERVE NOW button.

RETURNS: We refund money for returns made within the following period: 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

EXCHANGES: The first exchange in Spain and Portugal is free; you can check the other rates here . We offer instant exchanges . If you need to change your size or color, you don't have to wait to return your order to receive the new one: we process the shipment of the replacement item immediately , without waiting or complications.
