🎄 Terms & Conditions: Miphai Advent Calendar 2025

 

Note: These terms and conditions govern participation in the daily "Advent Calendar" giveaways organized on the @miphaicollection Instagram profile from December 1st to December 24th, 2025.

 

1. Organizer

The organizing company of this giveaway is Miphai Collection S.L., with registered office at Calle Herman Hesse 5, local 2, Málaga 29004 (Málaga), Spain, and Tax ID (CIF): B67667469. For any inquiries regarding this promotion, please contact us at: info@miphai.com.

 

2. Timeframe, Territory, and Age

  • Duration: The campaign begins on December 1, 2025, and ends on December 24, 2025.

  • Territory: The giveaway is valid for residents of Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

    • Important Note: Shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes resulting from shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are NOT included. If a winner resides in these areas, they must assume these costs or provide an alternative delivery address within the Peninsula.

  • Age: Individuals may participate regardless of age.

    • Minors: Participants under 18 years of age are welcome to enter but must have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. If selected as a winner, this authorization must be presented along with the legal guardian's details to process the prize delivery.

 

3. Participation Mechanics

The "Advent Calendar" consists of 24 independent giveaways. To participate, the user must follow the instructions detailed in the specific post/reel of the day on our profile. General requirements include:

  1. Follow our account @miphaicollection.

  2. On Collaboration Days: Mandatory follow of the collaborating brand's account indicated in the post.

  3. "Like" the day's post.

  4. Comment tagging friends (the number of mentions will be specified in each post).

Failure to comply with any of these steps (especially not following the collaborating brand) will result in automatic disqualification.

 

4. Prizes

A different prize will be drawn each day. The exact description, value, and brand will be detailed in the caption of the corresponding post.

  • Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other products.

  • Prizes are personal and non-transferable.

 

5. Winner Selection and Announcement

  • Draw: Winners will be selected randomly using a certified tool to ensure transparency.

  • Weekly Announcement: Winners will not be announced daily. An accumulated announcement will be made every Sunday via our Instagram Stories:

    • Sunday, December 7: Winners from days 1 to 6.

    • Sunday, December 14: Winners from days 7 to 13.

    • Sunday, December 21: Winners from days 14 to 20.

    • Sunday, December 28: Winners from days 21 to 24.

  • Claim Period: Winners will have a period of 48 hours from the Sunday announcement to claim their prize by sending a Direct Message (DM) to @miphaicollection or an email to info@miphai.com.

 

6. Data Protection and Collaborator Shipping

In accordance with current Data Protection regulations, personal data provided will be processed by Miphai Collection S.L. for the purpose of managing the giveaway and prize delivery.

Data Transfer to Third Parties (Collaborations): On days where the prize is offered by a collaborating brand other than Miphai, the winner expressly accepts and authorizes that their shipping details (name, address, and phone number) be transferred to said collaborating brand solely for the purpose of managing logistics and prize delivery. Miphai Collection S.L. acts as an intermediary but is not responsible for direct incidents in shipments managed by third parties.

 

7. Instagram Liability Release

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta). By participating, the entrant fully releases Instagram from any liability.

 

8. Reservations and Limitations

Miphai Collection S.L. reserves the right to cancel the giveaway, modify these terms, or disqualify suspicious profiles (fake accounts, bots, or fraudulent entries) without prior notice, as well as to request ID to verify the winner's identity or age before prize delivery.
