Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order.
How much is a return?
Spain: €4 if you leave it at a collection point and €5 if we pick it up at your home.
European Union : €6.95
UK : £10
United States : $12
Mexico : 250 Mexican pesos
Rest of the world : €10
Do you return the money?
Yes, we refund the amount of the dress within 24 hours of receiving it at our facilities.
How can I make a return?
Can I return a product to your stores?
Yes, returns can be made in our stores in Madrid, Malaga and Valencia , the deadline and method of return being that of our online policies.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The usual shipping time will be 1 day for mainland Spain and 1 to 4 days for Islands and international.
How much does the order cost?
Shipping is FREE for orders over €150 in the Peninsula. For the rest of the locations, check the table here .

You will see a table with the measurements by size of each product in its description, click on " Size guide " to make sure you are choosing the correct size.
Where do you manufacture?
All our products are manufactured one by one by seamstresses in Malaga and Madrid.
Are they your designs or do you buy the dresses?
All our dresses are designed by us .
The entire design, pattern making and manufacturing process is done by us in our offices and workshops in Malaga and Madrid.
