Exchanges and Returns
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the item is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. And yes, we offer refunds and immediate exchanges.

1. You can return your order for FREE at our own stores in Madrid, Seville, Valencia, Bilbao, and Barcelona , provided it is within the return period. Note: Returns are not accepted at El Corte Inglés corners.
2. You can make a return online through our Returns Portal.

Instant exchanges are our way of making your shopping experience as simple and quick as possible. If you need to change your size or color, you don't have to wait to return your order to receive the new one: we process the shipment of the replacement item immediately , without waiting or complications.

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of earrings .
If you send us something outside of the 14 calendar days, we will keep it for an additional 15 days so you can retrieve it by contacting our customer service, but after that time it will not be possible to return or retrieve the product.
The garment must be in perfect condition: new, unused, and with all its packaging components exactly as it was sent, including all its labels.
Orders
Some of our items are available for pre-order , which means they are currently in production and will not ship immediately like other orders. The estimated shipping date is displayed directly on the product page, just above the "Preorder" button.
Once the estimated warehouse departure date arrives, your order will be prepared and you will receive it within the corresponding timeframes depending on your destination.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment at all times.
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it is not being prepared or shipped and its status allows it.
If you refuse or cancel the package once it is in transit, you will be charged for the shipping and return costs.

Our Customer Service team will review it with the attention you deserve and will respond as soon as possible, always within our working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If the customer refuses delivery of the order, they will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the package, including shipping costs, customs fees, duties, import taxes, and any other applicable charges. These amounts will be deducted from the refund once the product is received and inspected at our facilities.

If you forgot to enter your coupon at checkout, we can still help you as long as your order has not yet entered the preparation process.
In that case, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one, correctly applying the discount code. To manage the cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team during our business hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Once the order has been cancelled, you can make the purchase again by applying your coupon.
If your order has already entered processing, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you will need to wait to receive it and process a return before placing a new order. Please note that, in this scenario, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and any other applicable charges. These amounts will be deducted from your refund once the product has been received and inspected at our facilities.

We recommend going with your true size. If in doubt, please refer to our size guide.
Wearing only underwear, measure your chest at the nipple line, your waist just below the last rib (about three fingers above the belly button), and your hips—with your legs together—at the fullest part of your buttocks. Take a snug measurement, neither too loose nor too tight.
