**In our Madrid store, during the months of March to June, we will only be open for bridal fittings from Monday to Thursday during our regular hours. During the remaining months, you can come in any day.**

SHIPPING: Orders placed before 12:00 UTC +1 (Spain) will be prepared the same day; orders placed after that time will be prepared the following day. You will receive it within 1 or 2 business days.

RETURNS: We refund money for returns made within the following period: 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

If you need to change your size or color, you don't have to wait to return your order to receive the new one: we process the shipment of the replacement item immediately , without waiting or complications.
