Cancellation and right of withdrawal

At Miphai, we want to make things easy for you. Here we explain how to cancel an order before it enters preparation and how to exercise your right of withdrawal once received, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673.

Cancelling an order before shipment

You can cancel your order as long as it has not entered the preparation process. Once the preparation request has been accepted by our warehouse, the order can no longer be cancelled.

To check if your order can still be cancelled, log in to the orders page of your customer account. If the order is still within the cancellation window, you will see a "Cancel order" button on that page. If the button does not appear, it means the order has already entered preparation and cannot be cancelled from there.

If you do not see the button but believe your order has not yet entered preparation, please write to us as soon as possible at info@miphai.com with your order number, and our team will assess if anything can be done.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Once the order is received, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without needing to provide any justification.

To initiate a return or exchange, access our portal directly: Request a return or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or subject to the right of withdrawal once received.

Refunds

Once the cancellation is approved or the return is received, we will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used, within a maximum of 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order.
