Cancellation and right of withdrawal
At Miphai we want to keep things easy. Here's how to cancel an order before it ships and how to exercise your right of withdrawal once it's been delivered, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673.
Cancelling an order before shipping
As long as your order hasn't shipped, you can cancel it yourself straight away:
- Log in to your account or open your order status page from the confirmation email.
- Select the order and click "Request cancellation".
- The cancellation is processed automatically and you'll receive a confirmation by email.
If your order has already left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can exercise your right of withdrawal (see below).
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Once you've received your order, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, with no need to give a reason. You can request the return from your account or email us at info@miphai.com quoting your order number.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or be subject to the right of withdrawal once received.
Refund
Once the cancellation is approved or the return is received, we'll refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a faulty product or an error in the order.
